DERIAN, INC.
In 2003, Mark Jensen formed Derian, Inc., to provide contracting services throughout Washington, Oregon and Alaska. After several years in business, Derian secured additional contractor and business licenses in California, Idaho and Montana to pursue other contracting ventures.
Derian bids and constructs water and wastewater treatment facilities, pumping stations, bulk fueling facilities, missile defense stations and towers, marine installations, Dams, bridges, aviation hangars, and commercial buildings. We have also performed to Additionally the firm has performed “historical” renovations on buildings and other structures.
Over the years, Derian has construction award winning design-build and bid-build projects valued from $25,000 to $60,000,000, in logistically challenging regions and densely populated cities. Derian constructs bonded, Federal, State and Local Government construction projects. The firm has enjoyed the same Surety relationship since inception allowing us to pursue projects with confidence and secured backing when considering Owner relationships.
MKB Constructors, A Joint Venture
In addition to designing and constructing projects independently, Derian has been a Joint Venture partner of MKB Constructors since 2004 and as recently as of 2016. Contracts under the Joint Venture have been for both small business and large business.
Derian-Osborne, A Joint Venture
In addition to designing and constructing projects independently, Derian has been designing and constructing Joint Venture projects with Osborne since 2014 to the present day. Contracts held in the Joint Venture are considered large business under Federal standards.
